½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup blanched almond flour
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1 teaspoon coconut oil
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Optional toppings: Bananas, strawberries, blueberries, or any fruit of your choice!
1. Place all ingredients, except toppings, in a small saucepan on the stove over medium heat.
2. Bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened.
3. Top with desired toppings and serve.
